Thank you for your past generous support of Assist Student Athletes.
In 2010 we have already helped over 200 student athletes to enter college with scholarships and financial aid assistance.
I am pleased to inform you that for 2010, Assist Student Athletes was found eligible to participate in the Local Government and Schools United Way Campaign. Our ASSIST program will appear in a Resource Guide
distributed to over 43,000 local government employees. If you are a public service employee, working for the government or schools in the Richmond metropolitan area, please consider participating in the 2011 Local Government and Schools Campaign. We would appreciate you designating your United Way pledge to Assist Student Athletes.
On your Pledge Form, please write-in code # 420, Assist Student Athletes. If you choose to donate through a payroll deduction, Assist Student Athletes will receive the funds in 2011 so that we can continue our important work with students.
